Job Description

My client is looking for an experienced Roofing Superintendent capable of running multiple projects at a time. You will oversee, manage, and direct all aspects of a project from beginning to end.

The ideal candidates will have excellent leadership qualities that allow them to take control of a project and produce results.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Superintendent in the commercil roofing industry
• 10+ years' experience in construction preferred
• Project scheduling
• Ordering materials
• Managing personnel on site
• Jobsite coordination
• Meet with customers throughout the project
• Mediate between all parties to find workable solutions that appeal to everyone
• Drive cost-effective project management techniques and strategies in the field
• Maintain a daily job site log
• Coordinate all construction services and activities
• Maintain a strict construction schedule and make changes as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
• Experience working on smartphones and tablets
• Detailed understanding of construction and sequencing
• A servant leader who coaches the team to a win every time
