Operations Manager
Choate Construction Company is 100% employee-owned, with offices across the Southeast. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our Nashville office. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing construction plans, coordinating the delivery of project components, managing subcontractors, and executing contracts with clients. We value creativity, drive, and a commitment to delivering quality projects efficiently and cost-effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Develop construction plans for assigned projects
- Coordinate the delivery of all project components
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Execute contracts with clients and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
- 6-10 years of construction experience
- OSHA 30 certification
- Proficiency in Suretrak or MS Project scheduling software
- Working knowledge of BIM processes, software, and tools
- Short-Term & Long-Term Disability
