- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales and recruitment professionals, ensuring they meet weekly and monthly sales and recruitment targets.
- Set the standard for pace and personal production; foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to fulfill open job orders across the organization.
- Ensure effective use of technology to log activities, track job orders, and maintain comprehensive records for business development.
- Analyze team performance, identify trends or issues affecting output or client satisfaction, and implement improvements.
- Understand client needs and align recruitment efforts with their hiring goals.
- Promote continuous learning and stay current with industry trends and recruitment strategies.
- Share best practices across the team to drive consistent performance and results.
Education/
Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree required. CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation is a plus. Minimum 5 years’ selling accounting/financial permanent placement or direct-hire recruiting services. Background in audit, tax, and/or public accounting is a plus. Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals. Strong desire to lead while remaining hands-on in business development and/or recruitment.
Technical
Skills:
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite; experience with Bullhorn preferred.
Basic Skills: Ability to work with a sense of urgency, meet tight deadlines; organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Travel: Up to 20% travel to annual conference or client sites.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary range for this role: $55,000 - $165,000 USD. Determination of compensation depends on factors including skills, experience, location, and business needs. Eligible for incentive programs based on performance targets.
