Position Summary

The Consulting Innovation Analyst will support the Enterprise Technology and Architecture team as a Business and Product expert to bridge the business‑technology gap. As a key member of the Domain Cross‑Functional Team, the Consulting Innovation Analyst provides critical business and product expertise to drive the "Innovation Led by Architecture" model. This role works in a dedicated partnership with Domain Architects, UX Designers, and Data & App Engineers to discover and design strategic solutions.

While Domain Architects provide the domain insights, this role will be the functional engine, translating those insights and stakeholder needs into actionable plans and ensuring the successful implementation of high‑impact Proofs of Concept (POCs). Supported by enterprise‑level guidance from Enterprise Architects, this role will resolve product issues, foster strong partnerships, and ensure the solutions developed by the team align with broader business goals.

Major Responsibilities:

• Product strategy & discovery.
• Drive innovation and problem discovery within the Domain Cross‑Functional Team (pod), leading the identification, documentation, and evaluation of business needs for new solutions, prototypes, and reference architectures.
