This role provides analytical support to the Commercial Products Department, collaborating with leadership and sourcing teams (VP, AVP, Contract Director, Contract Managers and Contract Analysts). Responsibilities include conducting integrated assessments of financial and contractual terms, researching various categories and delivering insights that inform strategic sourcing decisions.

The Sr. Analyst supports sourcing projects by coordinating the analytics team’s review of multiple agreements within a category to establish financial and contractual baselines. This work enables the development of effective sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include the coordination of the analytics team’s completion of requested financial analyses from category leads that contribute to successful sourcing events resulting in contract utilization that provides members with high quality services and cost savings.

• Collaborate with Contract Director and Contract Managers to deliver tailored financial and contractual analyses based on project specific needs
• Prepares RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) documents
• Provides accurate and timely financial analysis of vendor pricing proposals
• Prepare, review, and audit baseline reports and savings analyses; identify and elevate discrepancies to project lead prior to submission to members or leadership
