• Manage supplier maintenance fee collections end-to-end, including resolving billing discrepancies and processing refund requests
• Investigate and resolve billing issues and payment disputes while maintaining strong relationships with supplier partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier fee collection performance and improve processes
• Identify and execute enhancements to supplier communication and Accounts Receivable processes for efficiency
• Review and present monthly fee collection reports, analyzing payment trends to support operational improvement

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a supplier management program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong expertise in maintaining positive working relationships across departments
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities

• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform
• Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• Commitment to continuous improvement and effective task management
