Our Real Estate & Development team plays a critical role in shaping Skin Pharm’s future footprint, ensuring each clinic reflects our brand standards while meeting the needs of our growing patient community. We’re looking for full-time Real Estate Coordinator to join our team in Nashville, TN!

About The Job

This role will be deeply involved in market evaluations, site selection, and early-stage deal negotiations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and excited to help bring new Skin Pharm clinics to life nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in site selection for new clinics across 20–30 active markets at a time
  • Narrow down building and location options that align with Skin Pharm’s market criteria
  • Support and lead early negotiations, including Letters of Intent (LOIs)
  • Conduct market research and analyze demographic, trade area, and competitor data
  • Provide early assessments of permitting and zoning requirements in new jurisdictions
  • Evaluate parking availability and access in larger, high-density markets
  • Prepare real estate committee presentations and reports to support deal approval
  • Partner closely with Operations, HR, and Recruiting as new clinics come to life
  • Track and report on the competitive landscape across markets

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years of commercial real estate experience (retail preferred)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple markets and projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel for market tours and site visits
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

You'll thrive in this role if you

  • Have experience with multi-unit retail or healthcare expansion
  • Have familiarity with permitting and zoning processes across multiple jurisdictions
