Investor Pipeline, CRM, and Performance Reporting (Execution)
- Manage the fundraising pipeline and ensure CRM hygiene: stages, tasks, notes, documentation, and follow-up cadences.
- Track progress against capital-raising targets and provide weekly performance reporting.
Investor Communications & Materials (Trust Engine)
- Coordinate investor updates, key communications, and ongoing engagement touchpoints.
- Support the creation and delivery of pitch decks, proposals, and customized investor materials.

- Comfortable with CRM tools, pipeline tracking, and activity-based execution.
Strongly Preferred
- Capital raising experience specifically in real estate investing / private equity / private credit / alternative investments.
- Performance bonus (tied to key performance metrics: qualified conversations, commitments, pipeline velocity)
