THE ROLE Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Specialist to join our Deal Intelligence team. This role is critical in supporting our sales organization by providing expert guidance on Ncontracts solutions and ensuring customer requirements are met with precision and value‑driven recommendations. Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, the Solution Specialist will leverage deep product knowledge and strategic insight to craft compelling RFP/RFI responses, configure solution environments for trials and proofs of concept, and develop persuasive business cases that clearly demonstrate the impact of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Due Diligence Requests:
    Oversee and respond to due diligence questionnaires and customer inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs:
    Deliver precise, compelling responses to Requests for Proposals and Information, recommending optimal solutions tailored to customer pain points.
  • Product Expertise:
    Serve as a subject matter expert for all Ncontracts solutions, supporting sales reps and addressing customer questions.
  • Build Business Cases:
    Develop persuasive business cases that clearly articulate the value of Ncontracts solutions in solving customer challenges.
  • Solution Environment Setup:
    Create and configure solution environments to support Proof of Concepts (POCs), sandbox environments, and trial requests.

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $50,000 to $55,000 per year plus a variable commission plan.
