Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the planning and execution of various events while also supporting the sales team in their initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and a keen interest in sales strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events including logistics, venue selection, and vendor coordination.
  • Support the sales team by preparing sales materials and presentations for client meetings.
  • Manage event registration processes and maintain accurate attendee lists.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and marketing efforts to maximize attendance at events.
  • Monitor event budgets and provide periodic financial updates to management.
  • Prepare and distribute post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in event planning, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
