Overview

The US Innovation Experience Marketing team is seeking a seasoned Senior Events Specialist with deep experience delivering executive-level marketing experiences, incentive travel programs, and high-touch hospitality for C-suite and VIP audiences. This role partners closely with key stakeholders to translate Schneider’s strategy, innovation, and brand story into compelling, thoughtfully designed live experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in executive engagement and premium event delivery, while remaining agile and adaptable to support a broad portfolio of events—including industry trade shows—as business needs evolve.

This individual will balance strategic vision with operational rigor, ensuring every experience reflects Schneider’s commitment to excellence, sustainability, and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy, Planning & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of proprietary events, executive programs, and incentive travel experiences that advance strategic business priorities.
  • Translate complex business and marketing objectives into clear event strategies, ensuring each experience reinforces Schneider’s brand story, innovation narrative, and customer value proposition.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting business needs by supporting additional event formats—including industry trade shows and conferences—when required.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as a strategic partner to key stakeholders, working collaboratively to shape event goals, messaging frameworks, and attendee engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, communications, and executive offices to ensure alignment on audience strategy, storytelling, and measurable impact.

Incentive Travel & Hospitality

  • Lead planning and logistics for incentive travel programs, including destination analysis, experience design, partner management, and attendee support.
  • Ensure exceptional execution and elevated hospitality consistent with Schneider’s expectations for high-performing teams and senior-level audiences.

Operational Excellence & Logistics Management

  • Oversee all operational components of events, including venue evaluation, contract negotiation, travel logistics, catering, transportation, onsite operations, and contingency planning.
  • Apply structured project management practices to maintain clarity, accountability, and readiness throughout all phases of planning.

Budgeting, Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Build and manage event budgets with precision, forecasting needs, tracking expenditures, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Deliver executive-ready updates, dashboards, and post-event reports that highlight impact, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
