Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join their team!

This role is ideal for a self-directed BA who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys influencing without authority, and wants to make a visible impact by creating structure where none exists. You’ll work directly with Product Owners (not within a formal BA team) and play a critical role in enabling effective product delivery!

• Partner with up to four Product Owners to shape vision, roadmap, and backlog
• Lead complex requirements discovery, refinement, and stakeholder facilitation
• Translate large business problems into clear, outcome-focused requirements
• Identify risks, dependencies, sequencing, and delivery trade-offs
• Support roadmap planning and backlog readiness
• Drive work independently and report progress clearly

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in ambiguous, evolving environments
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Strong facilitation and requirements elicitation skills
• Ability to distill complexity into clarity
• Comfort operating with incomplete information and changing priorities
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills

• Experience partnering closely with Product Owners in Agile environments
• Strong systems thinking, process modeling, and analytical skills
• Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, Miro/Mural, Visio/Lucidchart, Teams/Slack
• Interest in teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
