Job DescriptionWe are seeking an MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations) Business/Pricing Analyst to join our fast-paced Pricing Analytics - Sales Operations team. This role supports our sales organization through pricing assessments, analytics, and data-driven insights specific to the MRO category. The person in this role will analyze large, consistently changing data sets, translate complex MRO pricing structures into clear savings stories. They will function as a knowledgeable resource for sales, category leadership, and other functional areas of the company as we continue to expand our MRO capabilities.
This position will report directly to the MRO Category Manager and indirectly to the Senior Manager of Pricing Analytics team. This position works in-office alongside the Pricing Analytics team
, allowing for daily guidance, collaboration, professional development, and support in navigating work products, stakeholder interactions, and process expectations.
The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, curious, organized, and able to work independently while thriving in a team environment. This individual must be comfortable working with complex pricing, catalog structures, and with conversions. They must be able to adapt quickly in a dynamic, consistently fast-paced environment. This position involves applying proven approaches to familiar scenarios, with the added challenge of discerning and addressing the unique details that make each situation distinct.
Summaryof Responsibilities
MRO Category & Sales Support
- Become a subject matter expert for the company’s MRO pricing assessment process and category strategy
, including suppliers, catalog structures, pricing models, UOM conversion complexities and expectations in the MRO space. - Provide guidance to the sales team by answering detailed questions related to MRO contract specifics, methodologies, and savings analyses.
- Present findings presentations to sales and members, often engaging with Senior Management stakeholders.
- Collect, clean, format, and analyze complex business data sets using multiple systems, platforms, and file formats.
- Create clear and compelling customer-facing presentations that consolidate MRO spend data into accurate, concise pricing and savings stories.
- Develop ad hoc assessments and reports.
- Identify data quality issues and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness in all deliverables.
- Help develop and maintain internal databases.
- This role operates in an environment where deadlines are critical and external expectations must be managed proactively. The ideal candidate will excel at balancing competing priorities, maintaining clarity under pressure.

- Maintain, track, and prioritize deliverables across assessments, reporting tools, Salesforce records, and internal analytics systems.
- BA/BS in business, analytics, engineering, computer science, social sciences, math, statistics, or equivalent professional experience.
