We are now accepting applications for a qualified Strategic Partnerships Associate at Belmont University.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Community Outreach, Engagement and Sales
- Develop and cultivate relationships with new community partners and organizations supporting Executive Learning Networks recruitment and marketing outreach, with specific focus on Southeast Region and alumni members expansion
- Develop and cultivate relationships with new sponsors supporting key External Relations strategic events and conferences, with specific focus on expanding sponsorship revenues.
- Manage the fulfillment of all Strategic Partnerships Office sponsorship commitments leveraging the relationships for the college
- Signature Events/NL Conference
- Oversee planning, event coordination, program design, marketing, and setup related to The Next Level Conference – a one day conference for community, faculty, staff and student initiative engaging leaders at all levels.
- Communications
- Develop communication campaigns to promote strategic partnership initiatives and events.
- Data & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyze community outreach data, develop consistent reporting, and coordination of sponsorship datasets.

- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment and the ability to respond to high‑pressure situations. Ability to thrive in an environment of hard work.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals, development of pipeline and follow up activities
- Project Management/Event Management skills and attention to detail a must
Required Education – Bachelor Degree Required, Master’s Degree Preferred
Required Experience – 4–6 years experience required, 10–15 years preferred in Strategic Outreach, External Relations, Sales, Marketing, Event Management or Community Sponsorship.
The selected candidate will be required to complete a background check satisfactory to the University.
