Contract6‑month contract with possible extension and conversion to full‑time. 40 hrs/week.
Pay$55‑$65 /hr (DOE) on W2.

Job DescriptionManage, develop, and implement capacity planning and forecasting tools that enable fleet service teams to optimize operations. Lead cross‑functional teams, making trade‑offs between business needs and technical constraints, working backward from customer requirements.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain capacity planning and forecasting models for fleet services.
- Translate large data sets into simplified, actionable views for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business owners to deliver data‑driven analysis and planning.
- Influence decisions without direct authority and drive execution of initiatives.
- Report on performance indicators such as capacity coverage, forecast accuracy, and maintenance impact.
- Bachelor’s degree (or graduate) and 3‑5 years of industry experience.
- Experience in fleet services or capacity planning is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with SQL and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and product/program management experience.
- Ability to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- SQL, Microsoft Office, data analysis and presentation.
- Deep dive data sourcing and interpretation.
