Truework, recently acquired by Checkr, provides access to crucial employment, income information, and asset information needed for mortgage loans, apartment rentals, background checks, and more. We are disrupting a $5B+ industry dominated by legacy incumbents and outdated processes, with a better product and intense customer focus. Think of it like joining a startup within a startup! The Operations Program Manager will spearhead strategic initiatives and special projects within the operations team, ensuring alignment with Truework’s broader business objectives.

• Lead and execute complex, high‑visibility projects within the operations team, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance.
• Analyze current operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
• Assist with continuous training initiatives across newly launched projects.
• Develop strong relationships across teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to support project success.
• Design and implement scalable and repeatable operational processes, aligning them with company goals and growth strategies.
• Serve as a liaison between operations teams, ensuring alignment and synergy in reaching organizational objectives.

• 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, business strategy, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Experience in designing and optimizing business processes, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
