The Role
Truework, recently acquired by Checkr, provides access to crucial employment, income information, and asset information needed for mortgage loans, apartment rentals, background checks, and more. We are disrupting a $5B+ industry dominated by legacy incumbents and outdated processes, with a better product and intense customer focus. Within Checkr, Truework operates independently, allowing rapid iteration while also being able to leverage the strengths and assets from our core business.
Think of it like joining a startup within a startup! The Operations Program Manager will spearhead strategic initiatives and special projects within the operations team, ensuring alignment with Truework’s broader business objectives.
- Lead and execute complex, high‑visibility projects within the operations team, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance.
- Analyze current operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
- Assist with continuous training initiatives across newly launched projects.
- Develop strong relationships across teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to support project success.
- Design and implement scalable and repeatable operational processes, aligning them with company goals and growth strategies.
- Serve as a liaison between operations teams, ensuring alignment and synergy in reaching organizational objectives.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, business strategy, or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, cross‑functional projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in designing and optimizing business processes, with a keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
