We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market strategy and execution for Circle’s payments products.
- Partner closely with product, business development, and marketing teams to bring new global payment products and solutions to market, focusing on the intersection of traditional finance and onchain programmable payments powered by stable coins.
- Operate independently in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
- Transform complex concepts into clear narratives and position assets effectively.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, marketers, and customer‑facing teams to develop, position, and launch products globally.
- Drive go‑to‑market excellence, including market validation, messaging, positioning, and launch execution to maximize adoption and impact.
- Craft compelling narratives and packaging to drive customer engagement, differentiation, and long‑term growth.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts, providing in‑depth analysis and strategic positioning to ensure Circle’s payments products stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop data‑driven insights that inform and refine product and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Steer high‑impact strategic initiatives, driving cross‑functional projects that shape the company’s direction and market influence.
- B2B GTM expertise: 8+ years in B2B Product Marketing or an equivalent role owned with GTM strategy and execution.
- Domain knowledge: 4+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services with the ability to quickly ramp up and apply insights to product and GTM strategies.
- Blockchain & fintech understanding:
Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals, stable coins, payments infrastructure, and crypto rails. - Growth mindset & agility:
Approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, continuously learning and adapting to change. - Customer‑centric, technical storyteller:
Excel at turning complexity into clarity, developing positioning and messaging that resonate with customers and stakeholders. - Proactive team player:
Work well independently and thrive in collaborative teams, identifying needs, communicating clearly, and driving execution. - Cross‑functional collaboration:
Build strong relationships to align on priorities, unblock execution, and deliver seamless customer experiences across product, sales, and marketing touchpoints. - Strategic thinking:
Partner with product to shape roadmap priorities by synthesizing market trends, competitor movements and customer feedback within a focused domain.
Base Pay Range: $185,000 - $237,500
