Team- Collaborates with internal teams (Account, Creative, Strategy, Clincal Services) to support project alignment and communication
- Participates in team meetings and contributes to a positive, solutions‑oriented work culture
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow within the agency, seeking feedback and development opportunities
- Exhibits efficiency and urgency to keep projects progressing on schedule

- Assists in creating and maintaining project timelines and status trackers
- Supports scheduling and coordination of internal meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing meeting notes
- Helps monitor project progress and flags potential risks or delays to the Project Manager
- Ensures project documentation is organized, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
- Assists with routing materials for review and approval, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards
- Supports communication between internal teams and external vendors to keep projects moving smoothly
- Learns and utilizes project management tools and finance systems to support tracking and reporting
- Contributes to process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements
- Participates in project kick‑offs and post‑project reviews to gain exposure to full project lifecycle
- Bachelor’s Degree required; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant internship or administrative experience
- 0-1 years of professional experience; prior internship or exposure to project coordination, marketing, or healthcare/pharmaceutical industries is a plus
- Basic understanding of project workflows and agency processes (digital and/or print) is helpful but not required
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Wrike) is a plus; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Comfortable asking questions, taking initiative, and adapting to changing priorities
