Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting a thriving legal practice? We’re looking for a Legal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and client support.
What You’ll Do:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and paralegals.
- Draft, proofread, and manage legal documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate schedules, maintain case files, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with billing, filing, and document management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with trusts, wills, and estate planning is highly desired but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
