Hours & Pay
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Salary: $80,000 annually
- Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (flexibility required during peak periods)

What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate executive communications, including confidential correspondence
- Serve as a key point of contact and representative for executive leadership across digital and in-person communications
- Oversee detailed project management for executive priorities and initiatives
- Coordinate meetings, events, and executive office activities, both on-site and off-site
- Prepare reports, presentations, and special projects using Microsoft Office 365 tools
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and detailed itineraries
- Assist with onboarding coordination for new team members, including technology setup and training support
- Support trade shows and conferences, including planning and on-site representation
- Maintain office materials, supplies, and facility presentation
- Recommend and implement improvements to internal processes and workflows
- Uphold company culture, values, and morale through daily interactions
- Support special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
- 3+ years of experience managing and coordinating projects and events in an executive support role
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and comfort using technology to improve efficiency
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic, resourceful, and willing to take initiative while following direction
- Flexibility to adjust work hours as business needs require
