Position Summary

The Pricing Coordinator will assist the Pricing Manager in handling pricing and deal data using Vistex pricing and chargeback software
. You’ll work closely with our sales teams and suppliers to ensure pricing accuracy across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily data entry and price management in Vistex
  • Maintain and organize supplier price grids and approval emails
  • Manage on/off-premise pricing and depletion allowances
  • Publish and share price books
  • Communicate pricing updates to the sales force
  • Respond to pricing and deal inquiries
  • Review and ensure accuracy of monthly chargeback accruals
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic math and data entry skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
