Position Type: Full-Time, In Office
OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, fast‑paced, and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support the President and help drive the smooth operation of our office. This role is both tactical and strategic and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, anticipates needs, and takes pride in creating an exceptional workplace culture. The Executive Assistant will be a key partner to leadership and a central force in keeping the office running efficiently while supporting company events and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high‑level administrative support to the President, including managing priorities, schedules, and communications
- Act as a trusted partner by anticipating needs, preparing materials, and helping the President stay focused on strategic initiatives
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense tracking
- Prepare presentations, documents, reports, and meeting materials
- Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and help move initiatives forward
- Help oversee day‑to‑day office operations to ensure a well‑organized, efficient, and welcoming environment
- Help foster a positive, engaging office culture
- Plan and support company events, team meetings, offsites, and celebrations
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strategic thinker who can anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Comfortable working full-time in the office
