Executive Assistant to the CEO Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO
- Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage intricate schedules, priorities, and confidential communications
- Exercise discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance the CEO's visibility and voice
- Assist in content creation, scheduling, and engagement on behalf of the CEO
- Respond to direct messages and communications as required
- Support video and multimedia planning, creation, and basic editing
- Coordinate content and logistics for speaking engagements
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at bolstering thought leadership, visibility, and engagement
- Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite
- Prior experience in providing support to C-level executives
- A keen interest and practical experience in both internal and external communications
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Mac software (Pages, Numbers, Keynote), Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Gmail), and ideally PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
