Position Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for a 3‑month contract assignment in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll provide high‑level administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Compensation

Up to $22/hr based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails and faxes.
  • Draft responses to routine inquiries and provide general administrative support.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2–4 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
