LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant for our client in Nashville, TN
. This is an on-site, temporary-to-hire role supporting senior leadership and a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (On-site) - Pay: $25–$29 per hour
- Type:
Temporary to Hire
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for multiple executives
- Order supplies and track inventory
- Support meetings and events, including scheduling rooms and arranging catering
- Process expense reports
- Prioritize and triage emails
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and perform basic Excel tasks
- Maintain documents and reports in Share Point
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Highly organized, adaptable, and confident in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
