A well-established construction company is seeking a Payroll Administrator & Office Generalist to support payroll processing and daily office operations in a fully onsite role.

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Nashville, TN | Onsite | Permanent

• Process weekly/biweekly payroll, review timecards, and support job cost coding
• Maintain payroll records, deductions, and employee setup (ADP a plus)
• Respond to employee payroll questions
• Provide general office and administrative support, including filing, invoicing assistance, and phone coverage

• 2+ years of payroll or bookkeeping experience (construction preferred)
• Experience with Sage 100, ADP, and Excel (pivot tables/VLOOKUP helpful)
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused

Monday-Friday, fully onsite
