Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr
Based in Nashville, TN, Peachtree Entertainment is a prominent national concert promoter focused on the development and execution of large-scale touring projects, indoor rodeo concepts, and outdoor festivals. With artists and properties such as Alan Jackson, Ella Langley, Rock the Country, Gavin Adcock, Rock the South, Bulls Bands and Barrels, and many more, Peachtree stands poised to maintain its significant impact on the landscape of country music at a global level.
The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Leadership Team, primarily the CEO and President. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the executive’s productivity, decision-making, and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, discreet, and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO and President, managing complex calendars, scheduling, and priorities
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, travel, itineraries, and logistics with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and follow‑ups to ensure meetings are efficient and productive
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
- Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and streamline executive workflows
- Assist with special projects, company initiatives, and ad‑hoc executive requests
- Help maintain organizational systems that keep leadership focused and aligned
Required
- Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience supporting C‑level executives in a high‑growth or high‑volume environment - Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity tools (e.g., Slack)
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Love working in a fast‑paced environment with lots of moving parts.
