, an HVAC, hydronics, sales, and service organization, is seeking a Receptionist for an in‑person, part‑time role. This position offers a flexible schedule, typically working 4‑6 hours per day Monday‑Friday during normal business hours. Responsibilities
  • Answer phones, direct calls, research and assist with customer needs, handle routine matters and present a positive, professional image of self and company.
  • Welcome guests and customers by greeting them in person or over the phone, answering or directing inquiries.
  • Maintain office and break room supplies, proactively reorder as needed, evaluating new products and vendors.
  • Send/receive/distribute mail, recording checks received.
  • Manage licenses and renewals.
  • Arrange catering for lunches and events.
  • Organize and manage employee/client gifts and cards.
  • Maintain training room and conference room schedules.
  • Maintain company calendar and update in Outlook, including all meetings, employee anniversaries and birthdays.
  • Ensure operation of phones, postage meter, AV equipment, and copiers by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs.
Experience
  • 2‑3 years of customer service preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a professional environment.
