LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Executive Assistant to join our client located in Nashville, TN
. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting C-Suite executives, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and creating correspondence.
- Type: Direct Hire
- Compensation: $85, annually
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00-5:00pm CST (overtime as needed)
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
- Manage a complex and demanding internal and external schedule, ensuring accuracy and alignment across time zones and commitments.
- Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries; manage expense reporting.
- Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, events, and conferences including site selection, materials, catering needs, agendas, minutes, and post-meeting action plans.
- Attend leadership and board meetings as needed; take meeting minutes and track follow-up items.
- Perform data entry, prepare expense reports, and handle tax submissions.
- Maintain personal records, contact databases, and handle confidential information.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Occasional out-of-state or overnight travel may be required.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proactive, assertive, and good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well with a leadership team
