I am seeking a Senior Accountant to join a global manufacturing and technology company on its growing U.S. finance team as it expands operations in Nashville. This role will play a key part in supporting the company’s new Americas headquarters and offers strong exposure to international finance teams and leadership.
This position will have primary responsibility for Accounts Receivable and collections
, while also supporting broader accounting responsibilities including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.

- Own the accounts receivable function
, including collections and customer communication - Manage customer accounts and follow up on past-due balances
- Record and reconcile customer payments within the ERP system
- Respond to customer inquiries related to account balances and billing questions
- Assist with month-end close
, journal entries, and reconciliations - Prepare and distribute AR statements and track customer deposits
- Support sales tax preparation and reconciliation across multiple states
- Reconcile daily banking transactions including ACH and wires
- Assist with ongoing process improvements and accounting infrastructure development
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong experience with accounts receivable and collections
- ERP system experience required (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field strongly preferred
- CPA is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers
