As a member of our Finance team, the Senior Accountant is integral role in the month-end close process, financial reporting, and audit support. Must have a strong accounting foundation, and be eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Perform account reconciliations, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain and analyze balance sheet accounts, including accruals and prepaid expenses
• Support external financial statement audits and bank audits
• Assist with process improvements and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support as needed
• Partner with operations and finance operations teams to support accounting needs across three manufacturing plants
• Support treasury and cash management activities, as needed and record daily cash movements in ERP
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to support accurate and timely financial reporting
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Manufacturing accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Solid understanding of core accounting concepts, including accruals and prepaids
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to work in the office full-time
• Strong work ethic and desire to take ownership of responsibilities

• Public accounting experience
• Experience with any ERP system (Macola experience a plus)
• CPA or CPA candidate
• Curious and eager to learn
• Growth-minded with interest in expanding responsibilities over time
• Comfortable asking questions and digging into issues
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in producing accurate work
