Accounting Clerk

We're hiring a full-time Accounting Clerk to help keep our finances on track and our dealership well-organized. Our Accounting Clerk oversees the crucial financial functions that keep our dealership in good standing! Accuracy, organization, and timeliness will be your top priorities as you complete data entry, reconcile schedules, send out bills, and perform daily clerical filing. You'll create and maintain dealer spreadsheets, promptly process cancellations, track refunds, and safely deposit cash and checks at the end of the day.

We all work together to make great things happen, and you may be asked to cover front desk shifts or assist the controller and office manager with additional responsibilities. Don't worry; we'll cross-train you to help you get comfortable in these other areas.

Competitive Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday (we're somewhat flexible, and we can discuss specific hours during your interview)
