PTP Associate - Invoicing and Inquiries VIAJP

A leading digital streaming network seeks a PTP Associate - Invoicing and Inquiries
. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring POs and invoices for our production and non-production vendors in SAP/Ariba, while assisting suppliers and the business with inquiries through our internal customer service tool.

PTP Associate - Invoicing and Inquiries Responsibilities
  • Process/Review invoices SAP/Ariba.
  • Research and assist with the recovery of credit balances with vendors.
  • Monitor the invoice error resolution queues in IPS (third-party invoice scanning tool), Ariba, and SAP.
  • Respond to and resolve customer service issues/inquiries in Ramp Up (a customized Service Now module).
  • Provide quality service to internal and external customers.
  • Work closely with all levels in the company to assist with creating purchase requisitions, coding invoices, and tracking payment status.
  • PO and invoice monitoring, working in queues to review invoices, we use Service Now for tickets dealing with invoice-related tickets or payments/PO-related questions.
PTP Associate - Invoicing and Inquiries Qualifications
  • 1+ years of accounts payable experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with P2P or ERP systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or comparable experience) in Accounting or Finance.
  • Accounts Payable or Customer Service Experience
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel (Spreadsheet, Vlookup), and Word)
  • AP skills
    - Understanding of POs and how they are utilized
  • Customer service skills.
  • SAP Ariba, Oracle, S/4

    HANA, and SAP are preferred.
Shift
  • 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
  • High flexibility on start times (anywhere from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM).
  • Training will be provided onsite.
  • Overtime expected after April (approximately 5–10 hours per week).
