Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant for a full‑time, on‑site role in Nashville, TN. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for performing daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, job costing, payables processing, filing & scanning documents, preparing financial statements and reconciling accounts.

This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with budgets, processing payroll and invoices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Staff Accountant will collaborate closely with other team members to support the company’s financial goals and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
  • Experience with financial software and systems, such as Quick Books, ERP systems, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA certification or pursuit of certification is a plus
  • Experience in a construction or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
