A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its expanding team. This is a high-visibility role with full ownership of month-end close and exposure across multi-site operations. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment and enjoys improving processes.
Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle accounting and month-end close
- Prepare financial statements and reconciliations
- Manage accruals, fixed assets, cash, and bank reconciliations
- Support multi-entity operations and revenue recognition (ASC 606 preferred)
- Assist with reporting, KPIs, and process improvements
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong full-cycle accounting background
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus)
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience
- Company projected to scale significantly
