Staff Accountant

Overview

I am looking for a Staff Accountant eager to learn and grow in a high-performing environment. This role starts with core accounting responsibilities and will evolve into more financial reporting and analytical exposure over time. You’ll gain valuable mentorship and visibility to senior leadership.

Hours: 40–45 hours/week (flex up during close)

• Prepare and analyze journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close
  , financial reporting, and audit schedules
• Support special accounting projects and M&A-related tasks
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate closely with accounting management and senior staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 1+ year of accounting experience (recent grads welcome)
• Strong Excel skills;
  Workday Financials experience a plus
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a team environment
