Staff Accountant

I am seeking a Staff Accountant to join an expanding finance team with a fast-growing, private equity-backed healthcare services organization. What You’ll Do

• Prepare general ledger entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close and bank reconciliations
• Support fixed asset tracking and financial reporting
• Perform basic financial and trend analysis
• Partner with senior accountants and managers on ad hoc projects
• Contribute to ongoing accounting process and technology improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Open to recent graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience
• Strong Excel skills are essential
• Public accounting exposure is a plus, not required
• Experience with accounting software preferred (Sage Intacct a plus)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and desire for long-term growth
