Senior Accountant

Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000 annually

This role supports a high-performing family office environment, focusing heavily on month-end close activities and general ledger integrity. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting skills, professionalism, and the ability to enhance processes as the organization continues to grow.

• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accuracy of the general ledger and support ongoing accounting operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, streamline procedures, and modernize accounting processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Support accounting scalability as the organization expands.

• Solid experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting.
• Background in a professional, high-caliber work environment.
• Ability to implement process improvements in a growing accounting function.
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence.
