Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing financial reports (sales & use tax) and statement reconciliation
• Enter and maintain accurate financial data related to sales & fuel tax for multiple states
• Reconcile bank accounts and transactions
• Support billing/AR process
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Learn and apply accounting principles and compliance standards
• Collaborating with team members across departments

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent grads welcome & encouraged to apply)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP + Pivot Table required) and accounting software
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Internship or volunteer experience in accounting/tax or finance
• Familiarity with GAAP or corporate taxes
• Exposure to tools like Quick Books, Sage Intacct, Mas
  90, or other ERP systems
