I am seeking a Senior Accountant to join a fast-growing, PE-backed healthcare organization. Reporting directly to the Controller, this role will support financial reporting, AR/billing, and month-end close while helping build scalable processes in a growth environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
- Manage AR and billing activities
- Assist with audits and financial reporting
- Support upcoming Net Suite implementation
- Improve and standardize accounting processes
- Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Business preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience (healthcare, PE-backed, or public preferred)
- CPA preferred
- Strong GAAP and financial reporting experience
- AR/billing experience required
- Help build a growing accounting function
- High-impact role with leadership visibility
- Very hybrid flexibility based in Nashville
