Accounting Manager, Financial Reporting
Kindling exists to spark the fire within—fueling everyday adventurers with snacks that are packed with protein and full of flavor. We’re here to prove that better-for-you doesn’t have to mean boring. And we’re building more than a brand—we’re building a lifestyle, a community, and a movement.
The RoleWe’re looking for an Accounting Manager to be the steady flame behind Kindling’s financial foundation as we scale. This role owns the day-to-day accounting operations of a fast-growing CPG food company—making sure the numbers are right, the close is tight, and the systems we build today can support where we’re headed tomorrow.
You’ll lead our monthly close, oversee inventory and cost accounting across manufacturers and warehouses, and bring discipline and clarity to trade spend and gross-to-net. You’ll partner closely with FP&A, supply chain, and sales to ensure what’s happening in the real world—production runs, promotions, deductions, and inventory moves—shows up cleanly and accurately in the books.
If you love rolling up your sleeves, building structure in a growth-stage environment, and being the person everyone trusts when it comes to the numbers, you’ll feel right at home around our campfire.
