We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounting Manager to lead and oversee the firm’s bookkeeping and accounting services. This full-time role works closely with the Partner, Senior Manager, Managers, Senior Accountants, and Staff Accountants to ensure high-quality financial reporting and client service across a diverse client base, from small startups to established businesses.

• Managing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Supervising and mentoring bookkeeping staff
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Collaborating with tax and audit teams to support client engagements
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books experience preferred)
• Onboarding new accounting clients and handling any pre-existing issues
• Conversing with clients and providing business consulting as needed
• Closing books for tax preparation and audit purposes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field) required
• Minimum of 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
• CPA license in the State of Tennessee is preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Full-time position
• 40 hours per week (up to 45 hours during busy season)
