Vaco is partnering with a global, Nashville-based industry leader to add a high-performing Senior Accountant to its growing corporate accounting organization.

- Month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
- P&L variance analysis and management reporting
- Consolidation-related support and corporate accounting adjustments
- Fixed asset and lease accounting exposure
- SOX/internal controls support
- Process improvements + systems enhancement work
- Cross-functional partnership with FP&A, IT, Treasury, and other groups
- Involvement in special projects (including upcoming system implementation)
- Degree in Accounting; CPA and/or graduate degree a plus
- ~3-5+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication skills; confident, proactive, and comfortable asking questions
- Tech-savvy with advanced Excel skills; enjoys improving processes and working with large data sets
- ~10% annual bonus target
