Revenue Accounting Manager - PE Backed Environment | Hybrid

A fast-scaling,
PE-backed services platform is hiring a Revenue Accounting Manager to play a critical leadership role within its accounting organization. This is a highly visible position reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer and serving as a key thought partner during a period of rapid growth and transformation.

• Own and lead revenue recognition (ASC 606) and related processes
• Partner cross-functionally to explain revenue trends, accruals, and variances
• Support close, audit readiness, and technical accounting initiatives
• Contribute to M&A diligence and post-acquisition integration
• Drive process improvement, automation, and scalability
• Mentor and lead accounting team members

• 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong revenue accounting background in a PE-backed or high-growth environment
• CPA strongly preferred
• Hands–on, confident leader comfortable operating as a "right hand" to senior leadership
• Experience with fast–paced, evolving organizations
