I am seeking a Senior Accountant to join a high-growth, private equity–backed software company for a highly visible role with a clear and fast path to Accounting Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of the close and grow into leadership within 6–12 months.

- Own full-cycle month-end close and general ledger activities
- Prepare and review reconciliations and financial statements
- Apply ASC 606 (revenue recognition) and ASC 842 (leases)
- Support consolidation and reporting processes
- Provide guidance and oversight to a senior accountant (indirect)
- Improve close efficiency, documentation, and controls
- 2–5 years of accounting experience
- Background in Big Four or large public accounting strongly preferred
- Experience in private equity–backed or high-growth environments
- Strong GL and month-end close ownership
- CPA preferred
- Experience with Net Suite a plus
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
