We’re looking for a Manager of Revenue Accounting to join a dynamic, mission-focused organization where your skills in financial reporting and revenue recognition will directly support operational excellence and growth. This is a high-visibility role that collaborates across departments—including Revenue Cycle Management, FP&A, Legal, and Operations—to ensure financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and drive continuous process improvements.

Base pay range
: $/yr - $/yr
- Oversee all aspects of revenue and accounts receivable accounting—including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Ensure consistent application of GAAP and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Improve revenue-related processes such as AR, deferred revenue, and allowances
- Drive automation and reporting efficiency to streamline operations
- Enhance and enforce internal controls, accounting policies, and disclosures
- Provide clear, actionable financial insights to leadership
- Partner across departments to ensure accounting integration with operational systems
- Take on other key responsibilities as needed in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- Prior experience with healthcare revenue accounting (required)
- 5+ years in revenue accounting, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
- Strong track record in managing external audits and ensuring audit readiness
- Demonstrated ability to optimize revenue recognition and accelerate close timelines
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for breaking down complex financial data

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
