We’re looking for a Manager of Revenue Accounting to join a dynamic, mission-focused organization where your skills in financial reporting and revenue recognition will directly support operational excellence and growth. This is a high-visibility role that collaborates across departments—including Revenue Cycle Management, FP&A, Legal, and Operations—to ensure financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and drive continuous process improvements.

Base pay range
: $/yr - $/yr

• Oversee all aspects of revenue and accounts receivable accounting—including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Ensure consistent application of GAAP and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Improve revenue-related processes such as AR, deferred revenue, and allowances
• Drive automation and reporting efficiency to streamline operations
• Enhance and enforce internal controls, accounting policies, and disclosures
• Provide clear, actionable financial insights to leadership
• Partner across departments to ensure accounting integration with operational systems
• Take on other key responsibilities as needed in a collaborative team environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
• Prior experience with healthcare revenue accounting (required)
• 5+ years in revenue accounting, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• Strong track record in managing external audits and ensuring audit readiness
• Demonstrated ability to optimize revenue recognition and accelerate close timelines
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for breaking down complex financial data
• A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
