• Preparation of complex tax returns (individual, corporate, and partnership returns)
• Ability to analyze tax issues and reach conclusions
• Prepare quarterly and year-end estimates for tax planning
• Perform diversified accounting, auditing, and tax assignments under supervision
• Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and professional standards
• Meet deadlines and client expectations
• Assist staff with technical knowledge
• Develop client relationships and loyalty
• Participate in training to enhance skills
• Provide excellent client service with quality work and quick turnaround
• Become proficient in tax research and reference sources

• Meets requirements to sit for CPA exam; CPA preferred
• 3+ years of public accounting experience with increasing complexity
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and stay organized
• Teamwork skills
