We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing month‑end and year‑end close processes, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead the month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, and analyze general ledger accounts.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation to external auditors.
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounting clerks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business operations and financial initiatives.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, SAP, or Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
