Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue performance across Braswell Family Farms’ existing and emerging brand portfolios. This role oversees brand strategy, multi‑channel campaign development, creative planning and agency management, while ensuring strong alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives. The Marketing Manager will support our mission, vision, and values by stewarding our brand with integrity, fostering meaningful relationships, and authentically telling our story.

Key

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen market positioning, and support revenue objectives.
  • Oversee campaign planning and deployment across digital, social, email, content, and pad media channels.
  • Own corporate brand governance to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all communications.
  • Conduct research to identify new brand, product, and innovation opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with public relations, creative, and social media agencies.
  • Oversee agency deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards, campaign goals, and timeline requirements.
  • Provide clear guidance, expectations, and feedback to agency and vendor partners.
  • Direct account‑specific marketing activities, including PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare KPI reports, and present data‑driven insights to leadership.
  • Evaluate in‑store, digital, and shopper‑marketing activations to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive and consumer research to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support sales forecasting and marketing strategy reviews through analytical reporting.
  • Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, corporate meetings, and promotional events, including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee communications.
  • Lead execution of key corporate events such as Family Day, Christmas Party, New Year’s Eve Egg Drop, and community outreach programs.
  • Assist in developing internal and external communications, including memos, press releases, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Maintain and update media lists, communication directories, and distribution databases.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of sales‑support materials and coordinate development of new collateral.
  • Identify new prospective customer channels and provide recommendations to the Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Oversee radio campaigns and manage planning, production, and creative direction for media series content, including filming logistics.
  • Other duties may be assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.

Education

& Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required;
    Master’s degree preferred
  • 3‑7 years of marketing management experience, or comparable leadership experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, social media, and CRM systems
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, proofreading, and storytelling
