This is a full-time on-site role as a Utility Maintenance Technician II, located in Nashville, NC. The role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance on utilities infrastructure and equipment, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues, and ensuring efficient operations. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, maintaining industrial equipment, documenting maintenance activities, and addressing any utility system concerns to ensure optimal functionality.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance techniques and practices
- Skills in Maintenance & Repair of utility infrastructure and related systems
- Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance and operational standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Relevant certifications and licenses in utility or industrial maintenance are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
